Elder care and rehabilitation

Rehabilitation and elder care technology visits in Shenzhen

Choosing a rehabilitation device also means working out who will operate it, how they will learn, and who handles repairs. We arrange meetings with makers to see demonstrations, discuss these details and request quotes.

Bring the needs of your organisation. We help turn them into a focused agenda for demonstrations and manufacturer meetings.

Questions to discuss with makers

  • Which rehabilitation and mobility devices are in daily use, and which are still prototypes?
  • What training would our caregivers need, and who could provide it if they cannot travel to China?
  • What does the device need to be sold and used legally in our country?
  • How are spare parts, repairs and software updates handled from China?
  • What do the devices cost, and what is included in the price?

What we can arrange

  • Rehabilitation robot makers with demonstration rooms, where your team can try the devices
  • Robotics companies with elder care product lines and regional managers for your market
  • Care or rehabilitation facilities using the devices, when one can be confirmed in advance

Every meeting is confirmed in writing by the company before your trip. Suggested level: Research or Partnership visit.

Confirm who needs training, where it takes place and which languages are available. Ask what practical instruction and follow-up support are included.

Ask for: a training plan, location and cost

03

Who supports it after delivery?

Ask who handles maintenance and repairs in your country. Clarify spare parts, response times, service costs and what happens while equipment is unavailable.

Frequently asked questions

What do Chinese rehabilitation devices cost?

It depends on the device. On one visit in October 2026, a maker quoted prices from roughly US$150 to more than US$5,000 per unit across its range. Ask for a written quote that states what is included: training, warranty, spare parts and shipping.

Can the maker train our staff?

Ask the maker who would train your team, where and in which language, and get the cost in writing. The care-center client who visited Shenzhen in October 2026 could not send staff to China for training. That arrangement remained unresolved. Confirm a workable plan before buying.

Are the devices certified for use in my country?

Not automatically. Medical and rehabilitation devices usually need approval from the authority in your country. Ask each maker which approvals it already holds, and confirm with a local regulatory specialist.

Do you take commission from suppliers?

Our fee is paid by you. If we ever receive anything from a supplier in connection with your project, we tell you before you decide.
