What we collect

When you send an inquiry or book a consultation, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, company, industry, questions and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your inquiry, plan your visit and send receipts. With your agreement, we share the relevant parts of your questions with the companies you will meet, so they can prepare. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is kept

Inquiries are delivered to our email inbox and a copy is kept for up to 400 days. Payment records are kept as required for accounting. Our service providers include Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Railway (hosting).
