Gatewalk China services are provided by TENISINFINITE AI DIGITAL TECH COMPANY LIMITED.
Planning consultation
The visit planning consultation costs US$200. It covers a discussion of your needs, a shortlist of companies with reasons, a suggested visit plan and budget range, and one round of revisions. It does not include booking meetings or the analysis included in Research and Partnership visits.
If we have not yet started work, you can cancel and receive a full refund. Once the consultation call has taken place, the fee is not refundable.
Visits
Each visit is quoted in writing. The quote states the visit level, dates, group size, what is included, the price and the payment, change and cancellation terms. We start booking companies after the quote is accepted and paid.
Meetings depend on the companies. Each meeting is confirmed by the company in writing; if a company changes or cancels, we offer a replacement or adjust the itinerary as set out in your quote.
What we do not guarantee
We arrange meetings and record what companies say and show. We do not guarantee that a company will agree to cooperate, offer a particular price, or that a product meets the requirements of your country. Technical, legal, medical and regulatory questions should be confirmed with the maker or a qualified specialist.
Work after the visit
Supplier comparison, pilots, purchasing and project coordination are separate work, agreed and quoted separately.
